Kim Kardashian is taking legal action against Kanye West because he released a new song

featuring his daughter and Sean Diddy Combs.

This is crazy considering the charges that Sean Diddy Combs is facing right now. I can only

imagine the rage that Kim felt when she found out this news. So Kanye released a song called Lonely

Roads Still Go to Sunshine and it features 11 year old Northwest, Sean Diddy Combs's son, King

Combs, Kanye and Sean Diddy Combs. son, King Combs, Kanye, and Sean Diddy Combs.

Now, Kim decided to take legal action to get him to unrelease the song.

So basically, she pulled the card that Kim actually has North's name trademarked.
