world, kind of across the board, and for all my dudes out there listening who think they're strong, if you're talking Candace's PRs here, she can squat 300 pounds, bench 205, and a deadlift of 365. Those are impressive, dude. I respect those. Thank you. Thank you. Those are tough to do. So just these guys, I'm going to let you kind of, you know, share your story as we get into it. But for all the people, I guess listening right off the bat who, first of all, don't know, you are the CMO of OPEX. What is OPEX fitness for these guys listening? Oh, gosh. OPEX is a coaching education company. And the founder is James Fitzgergerald who's the original or inaugural we like

OG most people know him as OPT but when he moved from Canada to the States rebranded

as OPEX but yes a coaching education. We work with coaches from all over the world

And then we have a gym's license model off the back of our education for coaches to be able to deliver fitness in more of a one-to-one model that creates profitable businesses for them.
