fantastic special guest for you, the amazing and powerful Casey Anderson from Florida. So Casey

and I, prior to me hitting the record, we were just talking about termites. So go ahead, Casey.

Termites. So I was raised in pest control. My dad used to be high up at Terminex and then he left and

started his own company. So I am like a unicorn when it comes to real estate because not only can

I do real estate, but I know all about pest control mortgages, but my first bread and butter was

pest control. So one of my duplexes has termites in it,

and it's been on the market for, gosh, 140 days. And it's on the water. It's like, it's a huge lot,

but just needs to be renovate. So we finally get under contract and we get termite swimmers

last week, three days after being under contract. So of course, you can, you can understand my

blood pressure is up here. So I was out treating the property myself. I'm going to show you a picture.

This is insane. That's full service right there.

Yeah, I called my dad. I was like, dad, I need like the Mac daddy like B&G sprayer because

there's termites everywhere. And it's like Florida. Like, do you get termites where you are,

Tim? You get termites everywhere. But in the worm states where there's no winter, the termites are

always 10 times worse.

Oh, yeah.
