And the week is almost wrapped up from a baseball

perspective the Mets and Rockies just went final in a game that um i was gonna i you know

we're going to talk about our head dead heroes in a minute i was ready to change mine if

somehow or another the Mets batted around in the bottom of the ninth and

Juan Soto hit a home run because I really needed a home run from him in one of my matchups.

That didn't happen.

So he does not get to be my head dead hero.

Sorry, Juan.

I'm sure you're devastated.

But yeah, we're getting recording on Sunday here as things are wrapping up.

And, yeah, Pete, I know you were, you were traveling a bit.

And so you've sort of missed out on baseball a bit.

I was in that boat a week ago.

And that's actually for those wondering why we haven't recorded in a couple weeks.

I had some travel.

Pete had some travel.

But we're back at it now.

But this early in the season, I find it fascinating when I like disappear for a few days and you come back and like, things can drastically change. Like some guy who you thought had been having a

terrible season and you're like, go to look up what's going on with him. You're like, oh, he's been

great. Like, yeah. If you missed Josh Naylor's week on with him, you're like, oh, he's been great. Like, yeah.
