So let's read verse 24. Being justified as a gift by his grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus. I think we simply need to soak in this verse for a few minutes about the provision of

God. This is the work of God for the condition of verse 23. This is what God has done so that we can get right with God

though we have belittled His glory. So I want to break this verse down into four pieces.

One, the phrase being justified.

Two, the phrase as a gift or freely.

Being justified, let me say three things about that phrase. Number one, notice that it is in the passive voice.
