After six years of missing person posters, dismissed charges, and a multi-million

dollar civil lawsuit, Barry Morfew, the man accused of killing his wife, Suzanne, is back

in the court to face Colorado prosecutors.

This case began on Mother's Day 2020 when Suzanne was reported missing.

For years, Barry maintained his innocence, painting a picture of a loving husband desperate to find his

missing wife. But the discovery of Suzanne's remains in 2023 changed the narrative. Prosecutors now argue this wasn't a random

attack or a bike ride gone wrong, but a calculated murder. The next hearing is scheduled for March 30th.

This hearing will address the request by his daughters to have their mother mothers remains released. A trial for the murder

charges is currently scheduled to begin on October 13th. Joining me now to break down the case is
