Black people love the band Paramore. We're all aware of it. It's like an accepted truth.

But it made me wonder what other seemingly random things do large groups of Black people love.

So in an effort to help Black people feel more seen through community,

I compiled a list of other things groups of Black people of a willingly like,

and started my podcast called Black People Love Paramore. Every episode I talk about one thing

that groups of Black people like that mainstream media doesn't necessarily associate with Black people,

but we know we like. Episodes topics so far include anime, astrology, Tony Hawk,

15 years ago, and I paid out the loan. I thought I closed it, and then I keep getting emails

So I call them up. And of course the bank is not in California anymore because I did it when I was in

Nashville. I'm like, yeah, you need to come into a, into a branch to do it. Yeah, I don't live

where there's a bank there here anymore. I don't know, I can't do this. I think it's all a racket.

They just want to fuck with you as much as long as they can, you know,

there's schmucks and everybody able to find a bank. So we're just going to be able to hold this over

them. They owe me $642. I was like, just cut me a check and close the account. This can't be that

hard. Oh, it's that hard. It's harder, probably actually. That is my life right now. And now,
