Well, hey, everyone. This is Heidi St. John. Welcome to the Heidi St. John podcast. You guys know that I've been, I'm facing a pretty big mountain in my life right now with the major surgery coming up. And someone told me at the beginning of it that I was going to see just the little fingerprints of the Lord, just all over it. And we sort of wait for

those things, right, as Christians. And just a couple of days ago, a friend of mine, Leah and my

daughter, Sierra, approached me and said, hey, we'd really like to do a give send go to help you

and dad, or me and Jay, cover the really mounting costs of um the medical care that i'm undergoing

right now and and other things anyway and so they start a give send to go campaign which launched

uh yesterday and then today i come into the studio and who is the scheduled guest on my show

but heather wilson who is the scheduled guest on my show, but Heather Wilson, who is the founder

of Give Send Go and probably six months ago or so, we started talking to them about whether or not

they'd be interested in becoming partners with us. You guys know that this show basically exists

because of our wonderful sponsors and people that we partner with for advertising and

things like that. And we really wanted to work with Give Sun Go because I love the mission.

And I at that time, of course, had no idea that I would be on a Give Sun Go myself and that people

be helping me. And so when I saw her this morning, I was like, oh, my word, you have to see what

just happened.

You know, these wonderful people just launched a give son go for me. And my husband and I just

sat in our bed last night, just in tears that God's people would come alongside us at this time

in such a powerful way. And so I'm really, really thrilled that Heather Wilson's in the studio.

She has a remarkable story.

You guys are going to love her.

We've only been friends now for about an hour, and it feels like it's been a lifetime.

She is a kindred spirit.
