Summary

Jesus is within reach for anybody, you don’t have to be famous to have access to God’s power. Our reach is a prayer and his reach is an answer. In this installment of the “Small Faith” collection of talks Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. encourages us in a message, “Just Reach.” Here, we are reminded of our access to God’s solution through Jesus Christ. Oftentimes we believe we can succeed on our own strength, just as Jairus, ruler of the synagogue, had done in his life through influence and status. But Jairus and many others faced real problems. In the midst of the trials, Jesus was always within reach to heal and restore. This same Jesus who showed up for countless figures in the Bible is the same Jesus that can show up for us all. It’s on us to have even the smallest faith to reach out for help to our ever-present savior.

0:14.0	Today I want you to turn your Bibles to Mark chapter 5. If you got a Bible, go there.
0:19.0	We are continuing a collection of talks out of the book of Mark.
0:24.0	We've committed ourselves to studying this one gospel for six months.
0:28.0	We started back in January. Here we are in March. We're still in it.
0:32.0	We're marching right now towards Easter, but we're also marching towards June when we wrap up all of this gospel.
0:39.0	But we started a new collection out of the gospel of Mark just a couple of weeks ago entitled Small Faith.
0:44.0	Everyone say, I am proud to have Small Faith.
0:50.0	Put that in the chat. I'm proud to have Small Faith.
0:54.0	I want you to have Great Faith. I want you to have Big Faith. I want you to have, you know, awesome radical Faith.
1:00.0	But before you get to any of those places, why not just start out with some Small Faith?
1:04.0	Because the truth is Jesus himself said it's faith the size of a mustard seed that can move a mountain.
1:10.0	And what we're discovering as we look at these stories in the gospel of Mark is that it's not about the quality of your faith.
1:17.0	It's about the object of your faith. What is your faith attached to?
1:21.0	It's like the power of an anchor, right? I don't care how beautiful your anchor is. I don't care how polished it is.
1:26.0	I don't care what kind of graphics you put on your anchor. The reality of it is an anchor unless it's attached to a rock serves no purpose.
1:34.0	Your faith can be beautiful and your faith can be big, but unless your faith is attached to the rock of all ages.
1:41.0	Come on, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, His name is Jesus. He is the object of my faith.
1:48.0	And we've been talking about the fact that it's not about faith and faith. A lot of you have faith and faith.
1:53.0	I'm a person of faith. Being a person of faith doesn't really mean anything, unless your faith is attached, unless it's anchored,
