You know, we're trying to get a little bit of rhythm, momentum.

You know, we're moving into spring now.

This is like really the beginning of the year, you know?

This is when life is starting to sprout and blossom,

where we can really start to develop some motion.

There's a momentum that builds when we stay in motion, you know,

a flow that carries us, shapes us, refines us. And it's not always about moving at full speed,

even though we, there's something I try to do move up full speed sometimes, but it rarely works.

Sometimes it's about steady, intentional movement, you know, showing up,

even when it's inconvenient, even when inspiration is nowhere to be found because let's be honest,

sometimes life is boring. It's dull. The saturation is turned right down. Even when the weight

of the day feels a little too heavy, oh, I know how

that feels. You know those days where you just, everything feels as if you're just carrying

an elephant on your back. Just to do the smallest things just take so much energy and you're like,

why? But here's the thing.

If we stop completely, if we let ourselves sit too long in stagnation,

starting again becomes ten times harder, doesn't it?

We get in our head, we question everything,

and then the doubt creeps in and takes over.

And then before you know it, we're like frozen in place, waiting for the right moment that never comes.

In our mind, we know we want to be moving, but for some reason we look at our actions

and nothing is happening.
