asleep just feet away, and by morning, both adults inside that house were dead. On the morning of

December 30th, 2025, co-workers at a Columbus dental practice grew concerned when Dr. Spencer Tepe, a 37-year-old dentist, didn't show up for work.

wife, 39-year-old Monique, at their home in the Wyneland Park neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio.

the correct address, the 1400 block of North 4th Street, a friend had already arrived.
