And today we are focusing simply upon your sleep.

Before we start, find a safe, dedicated space in which you can meditate. Of course this can be a comfortable chair or lying upon

your yoga mount upon the floor.

However, the purpose of this meditation is your restorative, healing, deep sleep.

So I suggest your bed as the ideal place in which to meditate.

Prepare the space.

Simplify the space.

Bring comfort to this place you have chosen to meditate.

And when you are ready, when you are ready to dedicate yourself to your well-being and to your sleep, we will begin.

Sit down or lie down comfortably and we will begin.

start, begin, commence with intention.

Your conscious intention to practice, to practice awareness, to practice self-care, to allow your physical form to rest deeply progressing into sleep.
