I had the best weekend.

I'm so happy because all of it is over.

Like, it's not over, actually, because five minutes ago, I just got asked to go to Ken for business, and it's never over.

But the reason I don't book travel myself, I keep the board clean is because something always comes up that's exciting. And because of this

amazing career, the travel that just comes up because of opportunities via work becomes my life

travel. So I end up going to similar places over and over, but I do love them. And then there's

always something new. Like Panama City came because of this stem cell offer that I got

for longevity and chronic kidney disease. And then I ended up turning it into this trip at this

amazing hotel that was like over the water, those bungalows over the water. And I always just like,

it doesn't matter what exactly what I'm talking about. It's just the attitude of being open.

Like, if I get a trip to Kansas City, I'll make it exciting. I'll be like, okay, let's go find

amazing barbecue. Let's go, you know, look at whatever their culinary scene is or their art scene.

Like, I always will make something into something bigger. And so in this case, we're talking

about the South of France. It's hard to not think that's amazing, but it doesn't matter. When I was

asked to go to Panama City, I didn't know anything about it, and I thought it wasn't going to be

great, and I didn't connect to Cartagena, and I thought it was going to be like that, and it was

nothing like that. It was like this amazing, beautiful old city with restaurants and stores, and I'm just

always open.

And my New Year's resolution this year was to be open, and it has brought me so many amazing things.
