pray before we get in the Word and believe Him together. Father God, we know that your word spoken

in love is unfailing and received by faith and acted on will make a difference in our lives

and it will make a difference in the lives of others. So we purpose today to hear your word, Lord,

we ask that it be your word, that it not be the ideas

and opinions of man, but it be the very true word of God, that it exhort and encourage us,

that it build us up to a new level of faith so that together we can win the world and glorify

you in doing so. And we thank you for it. And by faith, we receive it today. With open

hearts, we receive your word today. And we purpose to act on it accordingly. And we give you glory

in advance for every good thing, every good thing that will be accomplished through your word today

and as it goes forth. And we thank you for it. In Jesus' name.

We'll start in verse 8, and we'll work our way backwards, and then we'll work our way forwards, and we'll see what God has to say today.

Amen?

You know, so many of the times when we're believing for something in our lives, we say, I've been believing, I've done this, and I've done this, and I've done this, and I'm just not getting it. God's just not doing it for me. And, you know, you hear so many people say that. And at one time or another in our lives,

we've probably said that.

We've been guilty of it.

You know, I'm doing this and I'm doing that.

And God hasn't given this yet.
