Stan, in the past couple of weeks, we've been hearing a lot

about some aspects of the case that you've presented. We've been hearing about a piece of

video footage, unfortunately, we haven't seen. But the way to start this is perhaps to discuss

how, what is happening to you started. Let's give us some background for someone

who doesn't know anything about your particular case. Give us some background as to what's going on

with you. Well, this started actually in 2000, December 27th, to be exact. I had met a woman

online. Founder in love, we had dated for quite a while,

but she lived in Nebraska. I lived in Colorado. I wanted to surprise her with a real nice little

video to try to entice her to come up to Colorado. She was kind of a little hesitant to come

drive all that way. So I decided to go up to what is known as Red Rocks. Red Rocks is an outdoor

amphitheater that they use for concerts and stuff like that. You can see the city, you know,

the city from Red Rocks and you got the mountains in the background. And I thought, that'd be a perfect

place to go videotape. Well, I decided to drive up the back way to go to Red Rocks,

and I was right pretty close to the foothills,

when I noticed a bunch of cars had pulled over the side of the road.

And at the time, I didn't believe any of this stuff.
