The four of them were sipping beers around a small campfire near the lake shore.

The quiet murmur of the water made the moment all the more romantic.

They laughed over fond memories, played a few games, and

continued to down their liquor. But before they knew it, it was long past midnight and a chill was settling into the summer air.
