Stories that will remind you how monstrous and depraved a man can be, so let's dive into it.

In Stoughton, Massachusetts, a mysterious death is currently unfolding following new

updates in the investigation.

Down in Mississippi, a 15-year-old girl

is accused of trying to kill her mother.

In Houston, the community is reeling

after the death of a 12-year-old girl and the defense rests in the case of

Karen Reed. All of this coming at you right now here on Sword and Scale

Yesterday afternoon in Massachusetts, Stoughton Police Chief Donna McNamara issued a statement

to the public regarding a new report about a woman who was found dead in her apartment in Canton back in 2021.

But to understand what this report was about we have to go back a bit in time.

In 2010, then 13 yearold Sandra Birchmore, a young teenager who as

aspired to be a police officer, got involved in the Stoughton Police

Department's Youth Explorer program. Now at that time the program was undergoing a revamp so to speak with then

deputy chief Robert Devine heading the program. Those who would work closely with

Mr Devine stated that he would transform the program style from mentoring to that of a paramilitary youth program.

During her time in the program, Sandra would excel, showing promise of one day becoming a fine young police officer.
