| 0:54.4 | use of force, and community engagement. The certification would hinge on the banning of the chokehold |
| 0:59.2 | unless an officer is targeted by deadly force. It would also include programs to help police |

| 1:08.0 | tactics in police departments. And quite notably, it would increase |
| 1:11.1 | the capacity of social workers working alongside law enforcement for the implementation of co-responder |
