Let's get into the mix. Here are your Washington headlines at the day.

Number one, we're releasing a new project, the bounceback.

Number two, Speaker Nancy Pelosi is meeting on how to move forward with a January 6th investigation.

And number three, it is a busy day of party strategizing under the dome.

All right, Jake, we are releasing a new project.

We're very excited about this one.

The Bounceback, really our way of taking people power politics and looking at it at the local level,

kind of as communities come out of the pandemic.

Yeah, it's, I think, a pretty innovative idea that looks at local officials.

And as you said, leading their communities out of the pandemic, we're going to see a lot of

change in the next, and we're seeing a lot of change in the next year or so as the world gets back to normal

post-pandemic. I don't think, I think we recognize that nothing is ever going to be the same

in many respects. And we're starting off with Francis Suarez, the mayor of Miami. And I would say,

Anna, almost no city in America has changed as much as Miami,

which has become a mecca for investment, for technology, for private equity, for even financial

services as hedge funds and banks and private equity shops all move to Miami.
