2021. Let's get into the mix. Here are your Washington headlines of the day. Number one, the House

comes back to Washington, and there will be more to report on Ilhan Omar. Number two, where things

stand on the legislative front, and number three, the January 6th investigation.

Last week, we reported a lot on the frustration among Democrats with one of their own kind of breaking out into the open, something that rarely happens.

But Representative Ilhan Omar, Democrat from Minnesota, and her comments

around Israel and Palestinians and kind of conflating a lot of different things, really caused an

uproar. And that's going to be kind of front and center right when they come back, right? Yeah. So

we're reporting this morning that Kevin McCarthy, the House Republican

leader, is likely to offer a privileged resolution. Now, what a privilege resolution is, is it's

privileged, meaning a member of the minority can bring it to the floor, and he's going to try to

strip Omar of her committee assignments. This is a, frankly, a little bit of a tit for tat with Marjorie Taylor Green, who the Republican
