0:41.8	We are going to start this episode with some legal news.
0:44.8	So first we'll talk about a federal judge blocking Trump's anti-weaponization fund.
0:49.9	Then we'll talk about a related development, a different federal judge reopening Trump's
0:56.0	lawsuit against the IRS.
0:57.0	And then we'll briefly discuss the ruling that orders Trump's name to be removed from the Kennedy Center.
1:05.0	So as we know, President Trump announced the creation of this $1.776 billion anti-weaponization fund as part of his settlement
1:12.4	with the IRS and DOJ over his leaked tax records. Shortly after that, multiple lawsuits were
1:19.4	filed challenging the legality of the fund. And one of those lawsuits was brought in Virginia
1:24.5	by a group of plaintiffs that includes former assistant U.S.
1:28.5	attorney Andrew Floyd, Professor Jonathan Caravello, the city of New Haven, the National
1:33.6	Abortion Federation, and Common Cause. Now, as for why these particular plaintiffs filed suit,
1:40.9	their argument is basically that this fund is not a neutral nonpartisan fund for anyone
1:48.7	who was unfairly targeted by the government. They argue that this is a politically selective
1:54.4	fund that benefits people who claim they were targeted by Democratic officials or Democratic
