This is Mary Ann Sullivan, and this is Jasmine Singer.

And this week, Jasmine will be speaking with two folks we know from right here where we live

in Rochester, New York, who are doing amazing work that is reaching people

worldwide to help them put more plants in their diet. Yeah, what's so cool about Ted and Carol

is that they are in the medical field. Ted is an MD, and they are all about the animals. And

honestly, that's just so refreshing because probably a lot of other people are too who work in the medical field.

But Ted talks about it.

And I love that.

That is really, they have been doing incredible work for literally decades.

Yeah, that's very exciting.

And the work they're doing is great.

And I'm afraid to say anything because you made fun of the way I started.

So now I'm afraid to, I'm afraid I'm going to mispronounce all the words.

So, so you just continue.

I did an improv class yesterday and we had to do a scene in gibberish and that was kind of like what it was reminding

me of. Oh, that's really nice. It's really nice. We're doing this late in the day, really late in the

day because Jasmine was too busy to do it earlier. I'm tired and this is what I get. Jibberish.

Well, okay, not gibberish. But anyway, there is one thing that I would say is gibberish, which is why is the media so completely obsessed with this complete bullshit Kentucky Derby nonsense?

I'm so over it.

Like, I was over it before it started, but honestly, I'm sickened by this.

It's just like humans at their worst.
