| 0:00.0 | Welcome to our henhouse. This is Jasmine Singer. And this is Marianne Sullivan. And this week, |
| 0:14.5 | Marianne will be speaking with Spencer Roberts, who is one of an extremely important and perhaps |
| 0:20.6 | unappreciated group, an independent |
| 0:23.2 | journalists, my favorite kind of people. Spencer writes articles, often long-form articles, |
| 0:30.4 | about scientific topics that he finds important and interesting, including animals in the |

| 1:34.6 | But as a result, so many things I think are getting written that didn't use to get written. |
| 1:41.1 | You know, really, really important stuff. |
| 1:42.7 | And a lot of that is by, is by Spencer. He's, |
| 1:45.9 | he really focuses on animal agriculture. He focuses on fish and, you know, marine animals and |
| 1:52.5 | really, really important work. I love this interview. And it just makes me think a lot of the |
