And that's the thing. It's like, look, New Year is now. And you might not be ready to dive full blown into your New Year's resolution because, and you shouldn't be, by the way. Like give your, be kind to yourself. Like give yourself a little bit of transition time you and you shouldn't be by the way like give your be kind to yourself like |
