with some easy and fun tips to jumpstart the new year. Love that. Because how are you feeling after the holidays? Oh, I mean, I'm so happy. I love the holidays. However, I'm definitely feeling a little bloated, just somewhat run down from all the eating and drinking and partying and just being off my schedule, you know? What about you?

And it's because I do what so many of us do.

Yeah, and I think a lot of people are with you on that, right? The challenge is a lot of people, I think, go, you know, all in and they go too hard.

Too hard, too fast. First week, like, juice cleanse. No, like, no solid food, or they run to the

gym and they're doing like five group exercise workouts, like, a week. And then they were doing nothing, right? Where you're just kind of like slothish for a few weeks. And that's the thing. It's like, look, New Year is now. And you might not be ready to dive full blown into your New Year's resolution because, and you shouldn't be, by the way. Like give your, be kind to yourself. Like give yourself a little bit of transition time you and you shouldn't be by the way like give your be kind to yourself like

yes give yourself a little bit of transition time here and just at least be be aware that you need to

kind of get back on track if you let yourself go at the end of the year like I did of course um but you know

baby step it and and kind of ease yourself into it because the long term is going to it's going to be much better for you
