Yesterday there was a massive update in the Karen Reed trial and I just want to quickly say

that in instances like this moving forward I think what we're going to do is put out some

emergency pods.

It was something that I envisioned doing yesterday,

but I was traveling home from out of town,

so got home just a little bit too late to get it to you guys in a timely manner.

But moving forward, I think that's something we're going to do.

All right, now, there was a teenager accused of killing his ex-girlfriend's mother down in Florida.

Daniel Callahan, the Louisiana man accused of murdering a mother and kidnapping

your children before killing one of them, was in federal court yesterday.

And then we're going to catch up on the case of James Brenner, the 60-year-old Utah man convicted

of killing 19-year-old Dylan Rounds back in 2022.

Wow, wow, what a turn of events.

I mean hours after we reported that the jury and

Karen Reed's trial were having difficulties coming to a unanimous decision on the

verdict, Judge Beverly Canoney declared a mistrial. Now early yesterday morning a note was sent to

Judge Canone by the jury foreperson that stated quote, despite our commitment to the

duty entrusted in us we find ourselves deeply divided by fundamental differences in our opinions and state of mind.
