If you have your Bibles, I'd invite you to turn to 1 Corinthians chapter 1,

verse 26 or 31. This is the last section of chapter 1.

Beautiful chapter, as you've seen thus far, has a lot to teach us,

in this next 55 minutes or so or 50 minutes, is my goal,

and so hopefully we'll hear what God has for us during this time.

So first Corinthians chapter 1, verses 26 to 31, listen carefully

for this is the Word of the Lord.

For consider your calling, brothers, not many of you are wise according to worldly standards,

not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth,

but God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise.

God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong.
