I'm so excited to be here.

Beyond being a great driver, and this is not about just your skill on the track it's really about your

playbook to success you have what I call it it from the time I saw you I didn't know

Who you were and recognized you because you always have a helmet on but it was like a special light that shines from you and I see that a lot I'm blessed

to be around these

extraordinary people and I try to teach people to develop that light or to

harness that light. Do you have any cognitive realization of your own light and you know how you shine?

That's a great question and I think I have developed that sense over time and part of it's

that I've been racing since I was 10.
