Welcome to Jules and Sarah the podcast where Sarah and I actually have just had a bit of an offload session. Yeah. It was like, we got on and I think we're just having one of those weeks, the pair of us, and we were like, I just need to say this. I just need to get this off my chest. I don't know what's happening. Lunar energy is all over the place. Oh my gosh. It's all over the place. I and but it's just been a hell of a week.

Like, just busy. Just busy. It is busy. You know, I mean, I'm not very good at doing lots of things at the best of times.

I like, I like to do one thing a day. Do you know what I mean? And some days that might be a bath.

Like I just like to do one thing.

I've had to do lists.

I've had meeting.

I've had to keep a diary for the first time in a year.

Oh, my God.

I know.

I was like, oh my God.

Dear diary, today was busy.

Today very busy. Just like yesterday, diary. Very, very busy.

And I mean, Portsloo crew, just to set the scene here currently at the time of recording,

which is becoming a bit of a theme because we've started.

So Jules and I record the podcast on a Thursday morning at the current time.

And I've got very much into the habit of not washing or getting dressed before recording the podcast.
