Some new happenings in the Coburger case, you know.

The judge is slowly making decisions, putting them out there.

And we all would discuss the other day about the request for the delay.

The other thing is the alternate suspect.

And that is another topic that the judge is apparently ruled upon or is ruling upon.

Brian Koeberger's apparent evidence pointing to an alternate suspect in the murders of

four University of Idaho students has been sealed, shrouding the bombshell allegations in secrecy.

Judge Stephen Hippler granted a request from the accused killer's defense team this week to keep

its filing in support of offer of proof, re alternate perpetrators, and its supporting exhibits

sealed. As it stands, the identity of this suspect or suspects, and what evidence the defense

says that could tie them to the brutal murders remains a mystery.

It also remains to be seen whether or not the judge will allow the defense to present these claims to the jury at his capital murder trial.

And so whether or not the public will ever learn the answers to those questions.

Kohlberger is due to go on this August, on trial this August,

with the November 13th, 2022 murders of Kali Gensalvis,

Madison Mogan, Zana Kanoel, and Ethan Chapin,

in a horrific crime that shocked the nation.

So that is everything that the judge does from this point on, of course, is going to be secretive. He is the judge that had these horrific leaks,

which no doubt can damage this case. So folks, hold on to your hats.
