Today we are talking about the SEC and Musk contempt case.

Judge Nathan heard oral arguments from both sides of the case today.

Tesla's talk on the day today did finish down 8.23% to $267.78.

I compared to the Nasdac down 0.05%.

Definitely a rough day overall, though better than I expected. And the stock right now at

268 is only back where it was about a week and a half ago on March 26th. Definitely could be worse.

Before we get into the SEC case today,

three quick updates, the first of which Tesla tweeted today

about an update to the games available on Tesla Vehicles

by saying, quote, Tesla Atari updates inbound.

Look for Super Breakout and more in the latest software update, which will begin rolling out

later this week.

There's a video alongside this with clips from various different Atari games being played on the touch screen of a model 3.

So it looks like Tesla has worked out some sort of licensing agreement with Atari and slash or whoever has the licenses for those games.

Which is pretty cool.

I know that Tesla before had reached out to another gaming company.

I think it was Nintendo for Super Mario Kart.

I might be mistaken on that and said that they never heard back.
