Judge Nathan heard oral arguments from both sides of the case today.

Tesla's talk on the day today did finish down 8.23% to $267.78.

I compared to the Nasdac down 0.05%.

Definitely a rough day overall, though better than I expected. And the stock right now at

268 is only back where it was about a week and a half ago on March 26th. Definitely could be worse.

three quick updates, the first of which Tesla tweeted today

about an update to the games available on Tesla Vehicles

Look for Super Breakout and more in the latest software update, which will begin rolling out

So it looks like Tesla has worked out some sort of licensing agreement with Atari and slash or whoever has the licenses for those games.
