The thing that was most telling to me as a former athlete is that when he was slowing down,

that's when you usually start to, like, you can get yourself up to run, but then when you start to slow down, you start to feel it a little bit feel it a little bit and you start like limping a little bit like hopping to stop none of that well it's great so he looked he looked healthy it is a big help to get Juan Soto back we all know that and it's it's crazy man when he went down in San Francisco the Mets won that game and they won the following two games and so it like, oh, they're going to survive it. But like anytime there's an injury in baseball, for a couple of days, it's almost like no big deal. Yeah. But then it starts to really sink in that you're losing a really good baseball player.
