| 0:00.0 | God has given us one book that can change the entire direction of our lives, the Bible. |
| 0:14.1 | And in this study, journeying through scriptures, we will take a brief big-picture look at every book of the Bible, |
| 0:21.3 | tracing God's unfolding story from Genesis to Revelation. |

| 0:31.4 | Let's join Scott Pauli for today's study. |
| 0:43.3 | In our journey through Scripture, we've come now to the last two books known as the Christian Church Epistles. It is of note that though they are the last of the Christian Church |

| 1:21.6 | hand, and it is a deeply personal letter to believers that he loves deeply. |
| 1:31.2 | The majority of believers that are in this place are Gentile, |
| 1:35.6 | and so there are no Old Testament references found in First Thessalonians. |
| 1:39.1 | Now, if you look at the order of the letters of Paul, |
| 1:40.9 | as they're given to us in our New Testament, |
| 1:43.8 | there is a fascinating progression. We began with Romans, 1st and 2nd Corinthians, |
| 1:47.8 | and Galatians. But what do those books have in common? Those books primarily are about the |
| 1:52.6 | person of Christ, Christ himself, His work, and it's through Christ alone that we're saved. |
