Well, hello everyone. Welcome to the John Maxwell leadership podcast. I today am sitting

between two greats in studio. One you're very familiar with, hence the name, the John

Maxwell leadership podcast. John Maxwell is with us today in studio and he's with us

for a lot of reasons. He loves all of you out there, but he's also with us because

we have another great sitting right across from John, Don Yeager. And if you don't know

Don, Google his name and it'll tell you everything you need to know. But let me tell you this,

Don's a great friend to you, John. He's a great friend to me. He's a partner in our vision

to multiply leadership around the world, but sitting behind a microphone, connecting with

people is not new to Don because he's been teaching leadership for decades. He's been

a writer for sports illustrated. He's been a contributor in the sports world, but he's

now working with businesses. He's now training leaders to emulate greatness that's around

them. He's training leaders to be great. He's training leaders to teach other people to

be great. And I'm really excited today, Don, to have you, John, to have you in the studio

with John is a gift to all of us. And so John, before we hear Don, just tell us a little

bit about what you're excited about right now. Leadership is out. It's out. And then tell

us a little bit about Don and let Don tell him a little bit about himself.

Well, leadership is out. And it's about how to strengthen, sustain your leadership. And

the only way you could do that is making changes. And so I talk about 11 shifts in my book

that you need to make to be agile and adaptable so that you can continue to go. And the reason

we have to be agile and adaptable, obviously, is because our culture moves so quickly now.

If you have to see before other see, if you're really going to be an effective leader.
