Summary

Last week we announced the addition of new, occasional, bonus episodes called “Candid Conversations” to The John Maxwell Leadership Podcast. We’ve already heard great feedback from our podcast community about the first installment.

This week we have another Candid Conversation for you between John Maxwell and Mark Cole. 0:21.1	of your latest, greatest new book. And I've got it in front of me here. The John C. Maxwell
0:26.7	new book, Leadership. And it feels good, doesn't it? It's like a baby for you, right? Why don't
0:34.5	you hold this for a minute? There it is, right there. Leadership. And you know what's fun about it is,
0:42.6	first of all, I've written 82 books and every time I have a new book come out or release, I always
0:50.3	get very excited. I always get very, very excited. But I just saw this book for the first time
0:56.4	two nights ago. And in fact, I was with, as you know, I was with Tony Dungee and Jeff Saturday and
1:03.7	we were up doing a, speaking to 3,000 coaches, the Saturday night for the Super Bowl. And so I just saw
1:10.8	the book and you know, I wrote it and put my life into it and now to see it be tangible and you can
1:17.7	hold it, you can pick it up and you can read it, you can mark it. I never, you know, I've had 82 of
1:23.4	them now. And it's kind of like birthing 82 babies. I always get really excited when I see it for
1:28.6	the very first time. I've never lost that, that, you know, that kind of like joy because you know,
1:33.5	Mark, why we do this is to add value to people. So another book, another way to add value to some more
