Welcome to this sleep meditation from Abide.

Tonight's journey takes us back in time to the golden age of travel,

aboard the original Orient Express. In 1883, this train was designed to operate

luxury sleeping cars, opulent dining experiences, and the ultimate travel excursion across

the beautiful terrain of the European continent. The Orienton Express has changed many times over the years.

Not only its route, but the people it has carried.

Originally, only Europeans elite were drawn to the luxury train, kings, queens, and nobles.

But eventually, the lure of its attraction extended to actors, queens, and nobles. But eventually, the lure of its attraction extended to actors,

writers, and curious onlookers. Through the changes and even a decade-long discontinuation of

the historic train, the Orient Express was never forgotten.

Today, there are two variations of the once-exclusive caravan, modeled after the original.

They continued to draw people from all over the world, taking them on a journey of a lifetime,

over rolling hills, dotted fields, wooded

forests, snow-capped mountains, and peaceful valleys.
