0:29.0	Hey, we as a church have drawn a line in the sand.
0:32.1	We are committed to these next generations.
0:35.7	It's been a heartbeat of who we are for a long time,
0:37.8	but we have doubled down on it, even in the last few years.
0:38.8	Going through Move, we've talked about two years of sacrificial generosity to reach
0:42.9	the next two generations.
0:44.2	Like, we are recognizing that part of God's calling for us as a church is to make sure
0:49.8	the baton of faith gets passed on to the next generation.
0:53.0	One of the ways that we do that,
0:54.8	significantly so, is through our residency program that we call Rise. Behind me are 20 men and
1:01.1	women who have committed a year of their lives to be a part of our residency program where
1:06.3	they're being equipped, they're being sent out to show the love of Jesus and churches and cities and
1:12.4	communities around the world.
1:14.7	And it's an 11-month program, intensive program that's focused on spiritual formation,
1:20.5	hands-on ministry.
