So in this episode, I talk to Nelson Raula, who's a journalist from El Salvador, who works

for El Fado, one of the oldest online news outlets in Central America.

And Nelson is part of a group of journalists at El Fado, who have all filed a lawsuit against

NSO group, which is an Israeli company that operates a spyware called Pegasus.

And Pegasus has been used to surveil journalists and activists all over the world, including

outside of El Salvador.

And the lawsuit was filed in US court, so you're going to hear Nelson explain the significance

of all that.
