Good. Have a wonderful time on our trip?

We're in Canada.

We're in Canada for another week or so, but we're having

an amazing time and just popping in to talk to you guys about our slow home experiment for the

month. Our journaling. How's it going? It's good. Like I mentioned last week, I'm surprised by

the challenge of being regular, I have to say.

And part of me thinks that the reason for that is because we don't have a routine as such

when we're on holidays.

I feel like if we did this at home, and it's something that I consider maybe doing another

time, at home it would be easier because we sit down and eat dinner at the same time most

nights and all that kind of thing. But it's going really well. I'm really glad that we're doing it.

I'm enjoying it a lot. The challenge of it for me is both time and regularity, committing to it

regularly and also, like I mentioned last week

kind of not just falling into the trap of doing a bullet point list of the chronological

events of the day yeah they're probably the two things that I'm still as as I mentioned

last week finding probably the most challenging but moving through that I getting through that is proving quite rewarding I'm still, as I mentioned last week, finding probably the most challenging, but moving through

that, getting through that is proving quite rewarding.

I'm enjoying it.

What I like about it is that the kids are wanting to do it.
