So you would think I would know how many city blocks given I'm born and raising Anaheim, but I can answer that question, but I can't answer where exactly is it.

So the spine of it is going to be Brookhurst Street between La Palma Avenue on the northern end and then right

onto the edge of the border of Garden Grove on Garden Grove Boulevard.

And then from there it goes, you know, it spans across Ball Road and you see La Palma, Catella, just all around that basic neighborhood.

You have some Middle Eastern restaurants and businesses on Euclid, some more towards

Wanna Park on Beach Boulevard, Magnolia, all of that.

So it's a lot of business.

Advocates say it's the largest collection of Middle Eastern businesses in the United States outside of the Detroit area in Michigan.

When did the Arab American merchants or immigrant Arab merchants start setting up shop in this part of Orange County. So for Foodways, the pioneer

businesses, there's one market called Altabayette Market that's on the corner of Brooker Street and Ball.

And that one dates back to the late 1980s.
