My guest today is my friend, Josh Peck.

He's been famous for a really long time.

You know who he is.

He has written a terrific new book about, well, on the one hand, it's about his life in

Hollywood, but that's just selling it so short.

I mean, it is a book ultimately about secrets and about how to overcome the secrets that

we think are telling us that we're not worthy, essentially.

And it is a book that I think all of us can get something out of.

It's hilarious, totally entertaining.

Josh, what's the title of the book?

It's a little title, a little sassy title called Happy People Are Knowing.

Yes.

And it's perfect because it plays off of your public persona.

And you know, I've known you for a pretty long time and it's funny.

I met you right in the shadow of, of in a way what you describe as your professional

bottom, not really the bottom related to substances, but you do describe like your professional

bottom, which is I really met you right after you'd filmed Red Dawn in that period of time

when it was supposed to come out.

And I will say that that this book tracks Josh's story as a kid actor or a kid wanting

to be an actor living with his mom in New York all the way through his, you know, massive

social media business and his come back to the worlds of television and film in a triumphant
