Hello everybody and welcome back to Truth Injustice. This is your Friday follow-up episode for the

Josh Hallmark episode and as usual we have some other current events that we need to cover

along with your questions about Josh's episode. There have been more developments in the West

Memphis 3K so we've got questions about that and some questions about Josh. We've got Mike and

Zach both in the studio with me and back from California and we're going to get to all your

questions right after the break. All right real quick before we get into your questions about

the Josh Hallmark episode just give you a real brief overview of where we're at with the

West Memphis 3K and then we've got a bunch of questions about that here for the second half of

today's show. So we have officially heard back from Cresman who's the current DA for the West

Memphis 3K and he has told Damien and his team that if they want to test the evidence that they're

going to have to petition the court to do so that he is not going to agree to do it. Now there's

a little bit of complications. There's a little bit more to that but I will get into that when we

get into the West Memphis 3K. But just you know that's kind of that's some of the questions you're

going to hear that the premise we're building off of Damien had messaged me and then he tweeted out

that he's not cooperating and we're going to have to petition the courts for further testing.

So we'll get into all that in a minute but Mike from this couldn't let's go and get into the
