And welcome back to another episode of the podcast that's right my show lead singer syndrome with shame told that's me I'm shame I'm your host

I know last week I talked a big game about getting these things up every Monday but I have an excuse okay maybe you can hear it in my voice

I've been a little under the weather I had my covid 19 vaccine on Sunday the Astra Zeneca version and I got some pretty serious side effects

I was fine for like I don't know six seven hours like okay maybe maybe I'm not going to get any side effects and then it hit me like a ton of bricks

for about 36 hours it was not good but I'm back I'm good no complications I'm ready to rock and we have a great episode with a super intriguing band called tetrarch

yes the spelling may confuse but don't let it just a silent H tetrarch is the band originally from Atlanta Georgia now residing in Los Angeles

members of this band have been playing music together since they were literally pre teenagers which is pretty cool

we talk about that we talk about their new album which is out tomorrow and a little baseball talk for good measure you're going to enjoy this one so much
