leadership. And I'm about to deliver. Well, I'm really not Josh Coates is about to deliver because

he is a leadership expert. I don't know if he even calls himself that, but he should because he

literally wrote a book on it.

And let me tell you, this interview that you are about to hear is fire. All right. So it was a

really unique situation. First of all, this interview was recorded in February. so it's been a while.

I've just had episodes kind of logged, which is nice.

And anyway, I'm just now getting around to filming the intro, but we recorded this in

February, and Josh has a podcast also.

So we were going to do a podcast swap.

And we decided, like, why not just knock out both interviews back to back?

And I'm not going to lie.
