I hope you're doing well and surviving this quarantine. I know that all of us are being

affected by this whole situation in a variety of ways and we fall on the spectrum at different areas.

So wherever you're at with that, I just want you to know that I'm praying for you, I'm here for you.

And I wanted to hurry and interview Jess Upchurch, who you'll be hearing in just a second,

specifically for you.

Because Jess is in a very unique position where she is actually located specifically in Beijing, China,

right now. She's been living there for a few years. And whenever this episode airs,

it will be week nine of being in quarantine.

And I wanted to interview her because, as you can imagine, how stressful that had to be,

you know, being in quarantine not only for that long, but she took a massive pay cut.

She has no idea when the quarantine is going to be lifted and all the things that a lot of us are facing right now as well. But, you know, she took her time to be sad and to be stressed. And then

eventually she kind of just had to like move on and figure out a way to take back control of her life. And she took this so seriously

that she completely revolutionized her whole routine and her whole day and has upped her

productivity so much that she since then has created and designed and made

public her own website.

She's designed her own planner in this time under quarantine.
