What's up, everybody? Welcome to the Bronx Pinstripe Show. It is the song that never ends. It goes on and on, my friends. There is a new deadline, and it is today, Wednesday, March 9th as we're recording this. There have been, I think, this is the fourth deadline. I love it. I love it. I wish I could just set new deadlines in my own personal life. Like, no, tomorrow is the deadline. Don't fool yourself.

It's always tomorrow is the deadline. Scott, when we talked last, I was about to leave for Vermont.

I had a great trip. Thanks for asking. And luckily, luckily, luckily nothing happened when

in the time that I was gone.

We thought maybe a deal would get done.

We thought a deal was imminent.

And now, again, once again, we think a deal is imminent.

We did predictions before you left.

And I predicted that it would not.

I didn't feel the confidence.

Although Monday night felt different.

I will say, got that feeling back again, got that feeling back again from the things that

they're talking about.

And it's not necessarily because, you know, Bob's tweeting about things and saying that

he's got a lot of confidence that a deal is going to get done.

But they, all of the details that are starting to come out now are, to me,

proof of the owners moving the needle,

making actual changes to their proposal that seemingly would be amenable to what the players are asking,

or at least closer to a common ground.
