I recently caught up with Joseph Malone,

the head of North America at EV. Energy. We talked about the tools drivers and

utilities can use to avoid overwhelming the electrical grid. Joseph, thank you so

much for joining us on the Shift Podcast.

So can you just explain for someone who isn't familiar what some of the challenges are as we're sort of ramping up

EV charging infrastructure with the electrical grid. I think people think about

oh you know are there going to be enough chargers or the chargers is going to work

but there's sort of this other consideration that needs to be kept in mind.

Can you talk a little bit about that?
