It's the Lockdown Podcast podcast. I'm Anthony Erwin. I'm joined by George Sedano, friend of the show of ESPN of basically anywhere that you're watching basketball. I say friend of the show somewhat nervously.

Why nervously, I feel like I am a friend of the show.

I felt like that actually is a real thing.

We are actually friends.

And I've been on the show multiple times, hence that makes me a friend of the show.

Well, I just meant, you know, because you asked before the series started if we could still be friends

after this.

Ah, I'm just making sure that yes we are still friends and still friend of the show.

Yeah I mean listen I think that outside of game one we've had some really good games.

I think so too I think so too.

I think so too.

And actually, that's kind of where I wanted to start.

So I've done a couple of crossover shows

with the host of Lockton Heat, David Rameel,

and he was talking about how, like I basically started saying that for the heat getting here is is

quite the accomplishment in and of itself and he just stopped me right there and he's like yeah but

they expect to win and not winning he he wouldn't go so far as to say not

winning would be a disappointment but he didn't he didn't start that far of that point.

So from where you're sitting, you know, having covered the heat, being from Miami,

is is just getting here you know enough to be now playing with house money or or are the

heat looking at it like damn what you you know, do we miss an opportunity here?

I think it's a little bit of both, right?
