As far as like an introduction of how you ended up on YouTube and making podcast content and

whatnot, like a lot of, I don't know how many people know like Carnivore MD like you're

formerly like you're still like credentialed like a doctor who then decided to start posting

social media content. Could you give like a summary of kind of how you ended up where you are and kind of like

a bit of like people don't know. Some people might not know you were a vegan too before and they kind of

the consequences of that on your quality of life led you down this path of becoming, you know,

more ancestral based and, you know, head, nose the tail, carnivore,

focused, et cetera. Like, what is that kind of like story? Yeah. So my dad's a doctor, my mom's

nurse practitioner. I've always been fascinated by medicine. I kind of always thought that I was

going to go into medicine. And then I went to college and I got really burned out. And I saw a bunch

of doctors who were really fat and unhappy.

My dad has sleep apnea. He was obese. He was super unhappy when I was growing up as a doctor.

So I got out of college and I was like, fuck that. I'm never going to be a doctor. And I took six

years off and I just skied. I was a ski bum. I skied. I traveled. I threw hike the Pacific

Cross Trail. I did all kinds of crazy stuff. Nothing, nothing productive other than exploration.

I worked in bike shops. I waited tables. I remember my grandma would send me like handwritten

notes. When are you going to go back to graduate school? I did really well in college. I was just

super burned out. And then eventually like six years later, I did get the bug.. I was just super burned out. And then eventually, like six years later,

I did get the bug. And I was, I remember the day I was like working in a bike shop,

selling a guy a bike. And my boss comes up and he's like, man, you've got a future here.

You're really good at selling bikes. And I was like, cool. I'm, I'm going to go apply to PA

school like right now. So I went to physician assistant school because my dad was a doctor and I was like,
