I tell you what? This is some wild shit up here. It's so different than I thought it would be.

Carter was, Carter said it best yesterday when we were scouting. He's like, man, I pictured

there to be like a lot of lakes and a lot of trees around it,

but this is way more agriculture than I thought we would encounter.

Yeah.

I honestly didn't realize there were so many mountainous valleys, everything.

It's so mountainous up here.

Yeah, yeah.

So we're kind of hunting a pretty unique area where, you know, it's rolling hills and

all dairy farms, a lot of Amish, a lot of Mennonites.

That's just the New York M.O., but everybody thinks concrete.

You know, we're not very far from the city, but, you know, you can still live a rural

life and also have a little bit of city life,
