Jonathan "Jono" Hall is the head coach of Triathlon Canada's National Performance Center. As such, he coaches top Canadian athletes such as Tyler Mislawchuk, plus a handful of international world class athletes on the ITU circuit. A really good example would be if we're running on the track, I'm quite happy to do a set of
